First he had 3 bags. So he has to give 3 to toll.
He took 3 from one particular bag and completed one sack.
Now he left with 2 sacks so he has to give 2 to toll. Other
sack he opened and given 2 for 15 tolls. Now 1 bag 5 tolls. 1 each so 5 given
out from 30. So 25 remains
